We also know the Lenders have the right legal team in place and it is equally as important that your customer’s solicitor can match their timing and have the knowledge required to keep pace with this type of property transaction.

Having the right professionals engaged in the process is therefore highly important, particularly where there may be complexities and the inevitable need for speed in the transaction. FIBA is dedicated to the support of all professional finance intermediaries. Our membership covers residential mortgage intermediaries, commercial finance brokers, and Independent Financial Advisers and it is also our intention to provide every assistance possible to those who are new to the broker world, that are the future of our industry.

As a Professional Partner, you will become part of our Professional Partners Panel where your services will be promoted within the Member area of our site in a dedicated section and you will be able to participate in our regular regional events programme as well as at our Annual Conference, details of which can be found on our events pages.

How to join - Joining FIBA couldn’t be easier!

Download or complete an online form and submit to our Membership Team. They will then contact you with details regarding your membership fees which you will be asked to sign and return. On receipt of the required forms you will be issued with your Member access.

Whilst fees are based on individual memberships, for more than five memberships, a maximum fee payable by any firm will be £138 per month, regardless of the number of individual FIBA Members
